To My Dearest Friend and Coauthor:
Wishing you the very best of birthdays since you are getting old as dirt! I can have my fun with you being old since I am much younger then you!
The good things about you being older is that you are much wiser then I am.
On the serious note...
I wanted to let you know what you have meant to me. We have made a lot of progress on the book this past year. I feel that we made the most progress on the book that we have ever made in the last year then in all the years we have been writing the book. You have come up with some great ideas and we have a lot to look forward to in the coming new year.
One question for you...Where did this past year go?
I have been blessed by you this past 12 months in watching your life grow in the Lord. I have tons of new memories that have happen over this past year. Still the funniest is the new pastor at Calvary is a medical doctor during the week and a pastor on the weekends!
he can be very generous and gives money.
It seemed after that one time that every time we met somebody was going to come up and want something.
I have thought back on the 21 years and I still even after all that has happen feel that I was blessed to have gotten to know you first as doctor and now as friend and coauthor. You have taught me tons when it came to medical issues and what to worry about and what not to worry about. You taught me to give shots in a crash course when I was afraid to even go there. Your gentle spirit put everyone at ease when in crises. You have showed me what a true friend is and what is acceptable behavior and what is not. there is so much more I want to say I know I don't have to voice them because you already know.
Wishing you 100 more years of happy birthdays!
Hugs,
your coauthor
